Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outline how you can cancel or seek a refund for the products or services purchased through the Invexis Platform (www.welcome.invexis.co.in).

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Service Subscriptions: Cancellations for Invexis software subscription services will only be considered if the request is made within 3 days of placing the order. However, if the service has already been activated or integrated into your business operations, cancellation requests may not be entertained.
  • Food & Perishable Orders: As Invexis facilitates real-time QR-powered ordering for restaurants, cancellation requests for food and eatables are generally not accepted once the order has been communicated to the kitchen/merchant. Since these are perishable items, the process of preparation is often initiated immediately upon order placement.

2. REFUND POLICY

  • Perishable Items: Invexis does not accept cancellation or refund requests for perishable items like eatables and drinks. However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered was substandard or not as described.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report this to our customer service team within 3 days of receipt. The request will be entertained once the merchant listed on the Platform has checked and determined the validity of the claim at their own end.
  • Discrepancies: If you feel the product received is not as shown on the Platform or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. The Invexis team, after investigating the complaint with the merchant, will take an appropriate decision.
  • Processing Time: In case of any refunds approved by Invexis, it will take at least 3 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.

3. RETURN POLICY

  • Eligibility: We offer a refund or exchange within the first 3 days from the date of your purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.
  • Conditions: To be eligible for a return or exchange:
    1. The purchased item (non-perishable) must be unused and in the same condition as received.
    2. The item must have its original packaging.
    3. Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Exemptions: You agree that certain categories of products/items are exempted from returns or refunds. These categories will be identified to you at the time of purchase.

4. QUALITY CHECK AND APPROVAL

For accepted exchange or return requests, once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the receipt. If the item passes our quality check, your request for a return or exchange will be processed in accordance with our internal policies.

5. MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

In case of complaints regarding hardware or products that come with a manufacturer's warranty (such as POS terminals or thermal printers), please refer the issue directly to the respective manufacturer.
